A quick call-out for being one of the few who can articulate his thoughts clearly, and provide a straight-talking, logical, and insightful set of how-tos. I'm a huge fan of "The New Rules of Marketing & PR".
I've been a marketer from many angles pre and post-web, and for me it all comes down to driving results by understanding people and helping to solve their problems. On a daily basis I put myself in the shoes (paws) of my husband, two kids and a large Vizsla, with varying degrees of success.
